Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants with up to 1 year of experience to join Vegrow’s Business Finance (BizFin) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Business Unit (BU) Heads and the core finance team to help drive financial planning, cost optimisation,



and strategic decision-making across key business units. You will get hands-on experience in P&L; management, budgeting, and financial analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup setting.

This role is ideal for a CA with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to build a strong foundation in Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting
Assist in tracking and monitoring Business Unit financial performance, including revenue, margins, and costs.
Support preparation of financial reports and MIS dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Conduct variance analysis to highlight areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with BU heads and central finance teams to assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
