Senior Sales Executive/Manager

This role is for builders, not maintainers. We are taking omniXM into new verticals, and you will own the whole journey: prospecting, outreach, relationships, and the close. No warm pipeline handed to you. You make the market.

· You have sold into the Indian market. This is not a “willing to learn the market” role.
· You have built business from the ground up. You have opened a territory, vertical, or product line with no warm pipeline, not just managed an existing book.
· You have carried and consistently hit a $150k and higher annual quota in B2B product sales at a startup.

The Role
You will own the entire sales cycle, end to end. Prospecting, research, outreach, building relationships, running the deal, and closing. All of it. You are not stepping into a finished machine. You are helping build the engine and establishing us in verticals where we are still earning our name.
This is for someone who reads a market, finds the real tension an operator is sitting on, and opens a conversation that makes them stop and pay attention. You will figure things out, test what works, and create the playbook as you go. The wins here are hard-earned, and that is exactly why they are worth having.
