We are looking for experienced Freelance Trainers to conduct training programs across assigned regions.

Eligibility Criteria
Must have worked as a Sales Head/Sales Team Member/Sales Trainer/Customer Service Trainer/ Retail Operations Qualified for a minimum of 2 years in any of the following industries:
Oil & Gas
Energy
Petroleum
Lubricants
Petrochemicals
Industrial Fuels
Candidates from allied heavy industry sectors such as Power, Cement, Steel, Mining, Shipping, or Manufacturing are also eligible.
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional training experience in sales, customer service, retail operations, or related domains.
Key Requirements
Ability to deliver engaging classroom and/or virtual training programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and conduct training programs across assigned locations.
Ability to customize training content based on business requirements.
