We are looking for a proactive and analytical Merchandising Solutions Consultant to work closely with leading fashion and retail brands, helping them optimize merchandising operations through technology and AI-driven workflows. This role combines retail domain expertise with client engagement, implementation, and intelligent process automation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
As part of this role, you will manage end-to-end client onboarding, solution implementation, and ongoing business engagement while identifying opportunities to improve merchandising processes. You will also leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve client experience. This position offers a agile environment where you will collaborate with product, customer success, and business teams while driving innovation through technology and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities




Lead the implementation and adoption of merchandising solutions for retail and fashion clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful deployment.
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, address operational challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews and maintain proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues, communicate client feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
Analyze merchandising processes and recommend best practices to improve planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
Design, build, and optimize repeatable AI-powered workflows using modern AI tools and automation platforms.
Develop end-to-end AI-assisted solutions to improve client operations, workflow automation
