We're not looking for someone who simply writes code.

We're looking for an engineer who can lead teams, architect scalable systems, and build AI-native products powered by modern Agentic AI workflows.

If you've built production applications with Golang and React, have experience integrating LLMs, AI Agents, or Machine Learning, and naturally take ownership of technical decisions, this role is for you.

What You'll Build

AI-powered applications leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML capabilities.

High-performance backend services and microservices using Golang.

Modern, responsive user experiences with React.js.

Scalable cloud-native systems designed for performance and reliability.

Intelligent workflows that automate complex business processes.

What We're Looking For

Strong production experience with Golang.

Hands-on expertise in React.js (mandatory).

Experience working on Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, or AI/ML-based applications.

Proven Team Lead experience with ownership of architecture, mentoring, code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery.

Strong understanding of system design, REST APIs,



distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

Ability to solve complex engineering problems and drive projects independently.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

Built AI-first or AI-native products.

Worked with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Vector Databases, or similar AI orchestration tools.

Experience deploying AI solutions to production at scale.

Passion for mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.
