Role Description The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that power iNube’s insurance technology platforms, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves collaborating with product managers, domain experts, and software engineering teams to translate insurance business requirements into robust AI models and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include data exploration and preprocessing, building and training machine learning and deep learning models, integrating AI components into production systems,



and optimizing performance and scalability on cloud environments. The role also includes conducting technical research, evaluating current algorithms and frameworks, implementing best practices in model monitoring and governance, and contributing to architecture decisions for AI-driven products. Senior AI Engineers are expected to mentor team members, review code and models, and support continuous improvement of iNube’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture, with proficiency in Software Development for production-grade systems.
- Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), covering text classification, information extraction, and conversational AI relevant to insurance workflows.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or Scala) and experience building APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insurance domain challenges into AI solutions; prior exposure to Insurtech or Fintech is an advantage.
