We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Azure AI Services, and modern AI engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Services.
- Build AI Assistants, Copilots, Agentic AI solutions, and autonomous AI workflows.
- Design and implement RAG architectures using enterprise knowledge bases.
- Build AI orchestration using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Azure AI Agent Service.
- Develop MCP servers and clients for secure enterprise integrations.
- Integrate AI applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL Databases, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Build prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, tool calling, vector search, semantic search, and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Monitor model performance, latency, token usage, cost optimization, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers.Technical Summary

- Data Platforms: SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Vector Databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant)
- Security & Governance: Responsible AI, Prompt Injection Prevention, RBAC, Content Filtering, Data Privacy, GDPR, ISO 27001, Azure Key Vault, Audit Logging & Monitoring
- Nice to Have: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Azure AI Speech & Vision, GraphRAG, Neo4j, MLflow, Hugging Face, Ollama, Llama/Mistral, Terraform, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka/Azure Event Hubs, CI/CD for AI Workloads

Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years in Software Engineering
- 3+ years of Microsoft Azure experience
- 2+ years building production-grade Generative AI/LLM solutions
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI applications from design to production
- Experience integrating AI with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) preferred; Azure/OpenAI/Kubernetes certifications are an advantage
