Job Summary

Sai Spacecon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Advocate with 10+ years of experience, preferably in the real estate and construction industry.

The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate projects, property transactions, agreements, documentation, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters related to real estate and construction projects.
- Draft, review,notices, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, consultants.
- Manage litigation and court-related matters, including coordination with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal advice on property acquisition, development transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.




- Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to management.
- Maintain proper records of legal cases, agreements, notices, and property-related documents.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Real Estate & Property Laws.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of real estate regulatory and statutory matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and coordinate with management.

Candidate Profile
- LLB qualification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience with a Real Estate / Builder / Construction company will be strongly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to travel for property visits, court matters, government offices, and other legal requirements.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
