Senior Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand vehicle service requirements.

- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Promote service packages and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualification

* Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or any relevant field.
- Experienced candidates are preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary

* Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 and above per month.

- Salary will be based on interview performance, experience, and skill set.
