About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST & TDS compliances, sales and inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, reconciliations, and Advance Excel/Tally and be capable of independently managing routine accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST compliances, GSTR2B Reco.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments and return filings.
- Manage and maintain sales and purchase data.
- The candidate should aware about IRN and E-way Bill.
- Reconcile Sales Data with GST Returns and E-way Bills and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor and reconcile product-wise inventory with purchases and sales.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, receipts and payments.
- Prepare P&L; Accounts and periodic financial reports.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.




- Ensure timely completion of all statutory and accounting compliances.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Assist management with accounting reports, MIS and financial data.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

What We're Looking For

- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and E-way Bills.
- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance deadlines.

Preferred Experience in trading, import/export, petroleum products, chemicals, commodities, or other inventory-intensive businesses will be an added advantage.
