Position Overview
This is a high-impact role for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a global, multi-entity environment.
You will be responsible for financial reporting, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany accounting, statutory audits, tax compliance, ERP transformation, and process improvements across multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Review journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple legal entities.
Revenue & Intercompany Accounting
- Manage revenue reconciliations and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor AR aging and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing transactions.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting policies.
Audit, Compliance & Tax
- Coordinate statutory and external audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Support multi-country tax compliance, including GST, TDS, VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other statutory filings.
- Assist with US nonprofit compliance, including Form 990.
Program Finance
- Support Budget vs Actual reporting.
- Reconcile project expenditures.
- Partner with FP&A; and project teams to provide timely financial information.
Employee Settlements
- Manage employee advances and recoveries.
- Process Full & Final Settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations.
ERP & Process Improvement
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
- Participate in UAT, workflow design, and documentation.
- Drive automation initiatives and improve accounting processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Team Development
- Train finance team members on accounting best practices.
- Support ERP adoption and finance process improvements.
- Expand SLA reporting and performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- MBA (Finance) with solid accounting expertise may also be considered.
- CMA or CS certification is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in global or multi-entity accounting environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Financial Reporting
- Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Multi-Currency Accounting
- Consolidations
- Intercompany Accounting
- Statutory Audits
- International Tax Compliance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP, or equivalent accounting standards.
- Experience working across multiple countries is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial analysis, formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems such as:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- SAP
- Unit4
- Oracle
- Similar ERP platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in automation and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
Preferred Experience
- Non-profit or international development sector experience.
- Donor or grant reporting.
- Exposure to global finance operations.
Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
