About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Finance & Accounts Qualified to lead our financial department. This is not a basic bookkeeping role; we require a candidate who understands the complexities of Private Limited Company operations, Indian Tax Laws, and advanced financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the company remains 100% compliant while managing the day-to-day financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Taxation & Compliance

- Full-cycle management of GST (filing, reconciliation, and GSTR-2A/2B matching).
- Expertise in Income Tax regulations, including Advance Tax calculations and year-end filings.
- Precise handling of TDS and TCS (deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings).
- Staying updated on the latest amendments in Indian Finance Acts to ensure company-wide compliance.

2. Financial Finalization & Reporting

- Lead the Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Audit-ready Balance Sheets and P&L; Statements.
- Perform rigorous Bank Reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
- Ensure all accounting entries meet the required Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Operational Accounting & Tally Management

- Advanced oversight of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Managing the Quote-to-Cash process, including professional quotation drafting and credit control.
- Supervising day-to-day accounting tasks, vendor payments, and customer aging reports.

4. Stakeholder & Customer Management

- Professional handling of customer accounts and payment follow-ups.
- Liaising with External Auditors, Tax Consultants, and Bank Officials.

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in a core accounting and finance role (Industry experience in a Private Limited setup is mandatory).
- Software: Expert-level knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax Laws.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
