We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company’s finance and accounting operations while ensuring statutory compliance and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete accounting function of the company.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- File GST returns, TDS returns and coordinate with tax consultants.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports,



financial dashboards and management reports.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Support management during tenders, banking documentation and financial due diligence.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC compliances.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in manufacturing, technology, engineering, electronics or infrastructure companies will be preferred.
