Job Title: Senior Accountant (US/Canada) Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Work Mode: 100% Onsite Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad Must have : 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience supporting US and/or Canadian clients.

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting for US and Canadian clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero and capable of managing day-to-day accounting functions independently.

Key Responsibilities - Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate financial reports,



including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Support payroll processing and tax-related activities.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience supporting US and/or Canadian clients.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Xero.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Experience working with CPA firms, accounting firms, or outsourced accounting service providers.
