About the Company

Punarvi Energies Limited is a fast-growing solar energy company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with Warehouse Experience to manage financial transactions, inventory accounting, and warehouse-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle warehouse inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, invoices, and material issue records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock verification and inventory audits.
- Prepare vendor payment statements and customer invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/book records.
- Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain fixed asset records and warehouse documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure proper material accounting.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.



Relevant warehouse accounting and inventory management experience is highly valued in solar operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, and inventory accounting.
- Experience in warehouse stock management and reconciliation.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, or EPC industry.
- Familiarity with ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
