? We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant – Finance & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Kolkata.

Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month | Final compensation based on experience, skills & suitability

Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

Handle monthly client billing and invoicing.

Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

Track client outstanding and prepare ageing reports.

Handle GST, TDS, PF & ESI related accounting and compliance.

Manage monthly payroll and salary calculations.

Perform bank, client and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.

Verify invoices, expenses, deductions and supporting documents.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, clients, vendors and internal teams.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory activities.

? Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com preferred.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.





Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and Payroll.

Strong understanding of billing, reconciliation and outstanding management.

Experience in Security / Facility Management / Manpower Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred.
