Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books of accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter or CA Qualified preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, Financial Reporting, and Book Finalization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tally, or Business Central.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Immediate Joiners.
- Experience in a corporate or consulting environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
