We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.

- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Ledger Reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Manage GST, TDS, PT and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation of GST data.

- Handle TDS calculations, returns, payments and reconciliation.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.

- Monitor vendor/customer outstanding and follow up for timely payments and collections.

- Perform monthly closing and assist in finalization of accounts.

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices,



expenses and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting and MIS reporting.

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors and other external parties.

- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Finalization of Accounts.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Good knowledge of ERP/accounting software.
