Job Title: Senior Accountant (CHA Industry)

Reliable Global Exim Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a solid background in the CHA (Custom House Agent) & Freight Forwarding Industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the entire finance and accounts function while leading the finance team and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting activities from voucher entry to finalization of accounts.
- Manage and supervise the entire Finance & Accounts Department.
- Lead and guide the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
- Independently handle all finance-related departments, including:
- Day-to-Day Bank Transfers & Payment Department
- Billing Department
- Debtors & Creditors Management
- Accounts Finalization
- Monitor daily fund flow, bank transactions, NEFT/RTGS payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST Returns, GST reconciliation, and GST compliance.
- Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, TDS, advance tax, and all direct tax compliance.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and other regulatory filings within prescribed timelines.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations,



and balance confirmations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Ensure timely recovery of receivables and effective management of payables.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial controls across all accounting functions.

Requirements

- Minimum 5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the CHA & Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in handling the entire Finance & Accounts Department independently.
- Experience in managing Day-to-Day Transfer Department, Billing Department, Debtors & Creditors, and Accounts Finalization.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
