Job Responsibilities

- Reach out to working professionals and provide career guidance on suitable educational and career development programs.
- Contact prospective candidates through cold calls, follow up on assigned leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Recommend and promote management and higher education programs based on each candidate's qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular phone calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Keep candidate information, interactions, and admission records updated in the CRM/database.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets while maintaining high-quality counseling standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of both pre-admission and post-admission processes.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and counseling team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Stay informed about available programs, university offerings, and admission procedures to provide accurate guidance to prospective students.
- Candidates having experience in ug pg segment only apply.
