Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Visualization & Rendering Expert to create premium architectural visualizations for luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, walkthrough animations, and architectural visualization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Architectural Visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion/D5 Render/Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings and design files.
- Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Produce architectural walkthroughs and flythrough animations.
- Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, and post-production effects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams.
- Optimize rendering workflows and maintain high-quality visual outputs.
- Prepare visuals for brochures, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
