- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and voucher processing.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Verify invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities while maintaining accurate financial records.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile inventory records and analyze stock valuations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Review vendor and customer account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare financial reports, including cash flow statements, trial balances, aging reports, and MIS reports.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely documentation and reconciliations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Partner with Procurement, Stores, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial and inventory reporting.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.




- Support payroll processing, tax filings, and other finance-related activities as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Points For
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or technology-driven organizations.
- Professional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
