Key Responsibilities

- Patrolling: Regularly inspect interiors, exteriors, parking lots, and restricted areas for hazards, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity.

- Access Control: Monitor entrances/exits, verify authorized entry, and manage guest/vendor/employee movement.

- Surveillance: Operate and monitor CCTV systems and alarms.

- Incident Response: Act as first responders for emergencies (medical, fire, disturbances), administer first aid/CPR, and de-escalate conflicts.

- Reporting: Investigate, document, and report incidents, hazards, thefts, injuries, and policy violations.

- Guest Services: Provide directions, assist guests (even escorting intoxicated ones), and help with lost property, maintaining a professional, hospitable demeanor.

- Event Security: Manage crowd control and security during banquets, conferences, and large functions.

- Administrative Tasks: Maintain logs, file reports, and handle loading dock security/package checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
