About the Role

Hayat Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking to recruit an experienced, disciplined, and dedicated Security Guard to strengthen its security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience working in a hospital, healthcare facility, or other reputed institution, with a sound understanding of security protocols, access control, emergency response procedures, and public interaction. The candidate must demonstrate vigilance, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to security-related incidents while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.

- Monitor and secure all hospital entrances, exits, and premises.
- Verify the identity of visitors, vendors, and contractors before granting access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises, including wards, OPD, emergency areas, parking areas, and restricted zones.
- Maintain a safe and secure workplace by preventing unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, fire alarms, medical emergencies, security breaches, and other incidents in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist in crowd management during peak hours, emergencies, VIP visits, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with hospital security protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and immediately report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor entries, vehicle movements, incidents,



and daily security logs.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, local law enforcement, and emergency services whenever required.
- Assist patients, visitors, and staff by providing directions and ensuring orderly movement within the hospital.
- Perform baggage and vehicle inspections as per hospital security guidelines.
- Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency exits remain accessible and report any deficiencies.
- Submit timely incident reports and escalate serious matters to the Security Supervisor or Management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, or reputed institution.
- Valid security training certificate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and first aid is desirable.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and patrolling for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
