Duty Hours: 12 Hours per Shift

Monthly Leave: 4 Days – Flexible, as per duty roster

Work Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Summary The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and disciplined environment within the hospital premises. The candidate will monitor hospital entry/exit points, patients, attendants, visitors, staff and hospital property while ensuring compliance with hospital security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of patients, attendants, visitors and staff.
- Maintain security at hospital gates, reception, parking and other assigned areas.
- Verify visitors and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain proper visitor and vehicle entry records.
- Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Monitor suspicious activities and immediately report any security concern to the concerned authority.
- Assist in maintaining discipline during emergency situations, crowd management and patient movement.
- Protect hospital property, equipment and other assets from theft or damage.
- Conduct regular rounds/patrolling of assigned areas.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and inform hospital management/security in-charge immediately.
- Coordinate with hospital staff during emergencies, fire incidents, evacuation or other safety situations.




- Ensure proper handover of security duties to the next shift.
- Follow all hospital rules, regulations, SOPs and instructions given by management.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Security In-charge/Management.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 8th/10th Pass preferred.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility, will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and respectful behaviour with patients, attendants and hospital staff.
- Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations.
- Basic understanding of security and safety procedures.
- Punctual, disciplined and responsible.

Duty & Leave
- Duty: 12 Hours per Shift
- Leaves: 4 Days per Month
- Leave: Flexible, subject to duty roster and hospital requirements.
- Shift timing and weekly/off-day allocation will be managed as per the hospital duty roster.

Reporting Reports To: Security In-charge / Hospital Administration / Management

Important The selected candidate must maintain confidentiality, discipline and professional conduct at all times and strictly follow hospital security policies and instructions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
