- Formulate annual capital and revenue budgets in coordination with production and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and analyze actual manufacturing costs against budgeted costs and prepare periodic variance reports.
- Supporting for Tax audit -IT Depreciation and other schedules
- Present plant MIS to top management in a decision-oriented manner.
- Monitor production cost per ton (RM, power, fuel, consumables, manpower) and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
- Analysis of inventory and valuation of finished goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production cost dashboards for management review.
- Perform month-end closing activities including trial balance review, balance sheet, and P&L; reconciliation.
- Coordinating internal and statutory audit
- Monitoring of Capex and capitalization in SAP
- Other FA related supporting activates
