Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Srinagar Area. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions across client websites.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and monitoring performance through web analytics tools. The specialist will also manage link building initiatives, collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.



The role involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in keyword research and search intent analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Hands-on experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits, including technical, on-page, and content assessments.
- Proficiency in on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization.
- Experience in ethical link building strategies, outreach campaigns, and off-page SEO techniques.
- Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to track performance and report insights.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Comfort working with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
