Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sealing Operator to operate and monitor vial sealing equipment in our pharmaceutical Dry Injection Plant. The candidate will be responsible for proper sealing of filled vials while maintaining GMP, aseptic practices, quality standards, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor vial sealing/crimping machines as per SOPs.
- Perform proper sealing of filled vials using approved machine settings and parameters.
- Ensure proper placement and sealing of aluminum caps on vials.
- Check sealed vials for proper crimping, cap placement, and defects.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain line clearance before starting and after completion of operations.
- Follow approved SOPs, GMP, cGMP, and aseptic area procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sealing area and equipment.
- Carry out in-process checks and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and batch documentation.
- Handle vials carefully to prevent breakage,



contamination, or damage.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams during sealing operations.
- Immediately report machine breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues.
- Follow all safety, gowning, and cleanroom requirements.

Requirements:

- 12th / ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a Dry Injection or sterile injectable plant.
- Previous experience with vial sealing/crimping machines will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, aseptic practices, and cleanroom procedures.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good understanding of production documentation and batch records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
