We are seeking a detail-oriented Sea Export Operations Executive to manage end-to-end ocean export shipments and ensure seamless coordination with customers, carriers, and overseas agents. The role is critical to ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with international shipping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sea export shipments, including bookings, shipment planning, and carrier coordination.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, and related shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas agents to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with carrier, customs, and company operational procedures.




- Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise and other operational systems.
- Resolve operational issues proactively to ensure service excellence.

Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Sea Export Operations within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics workplace.
- Sound knowledge of ocean export processes and shipping documentation.
- Experience with CargoWise is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in Afternoon shift (Spain Team).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
