Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Dadri, focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for CoxFuture Technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails, and social channels, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound inquiries, and supporting sales campaigns aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales abilities to engage decision-makers, present value propositions, and handle basic objections.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to support pipeline growth, nurture relationships, and contribute to long-term client acquisition strategies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic understanding of IT services or software solutions, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset are advantageous.
