In this role, you will support SD-WAN operations, troubleshoot network issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network performance across enterprise environments.

Shift: Rotational Shifts(24/7)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Your Responsibilities

- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SD-WAN solutions.
- Troubleshoot networking issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage and support Fortinet, Cisco Catalyst, and VMware VeloCloud environments.




- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network reliability and security.

Your Skills & Experience

You Have:

- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with Fortinet, Cisco Catalyst, and VMware VeloCloud.
- Robust understanding of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience supporting enterprise network operations.
- Knowledge of network security best practices.
