Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–12 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management

- Strong understanding of

Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAF e frameworks

- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams

- Experience supporting and coordinating

Program Increment (PI) Plannin g activities

- Good understanding of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC

) processes and governance

- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Experience managing project financials, budgets, and funding allocations

- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Agile project management tools

Preferred Skills

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.

- Exposure to release management and portfolio/project governance.
