Top 3 Must Have Skills
- Scrum / Agile Coaching (hands on) — solid facilitation across all Scrum events, coaching teams and stakeholders, and enabling self-organization.
- Delivery Flow & Impediment Removal — proven ability to optimize flow from ideation to release, reduce waste, and drive transparency across cross functional dependencies.
- Platform Operating Model Collaboration — proven ability to collaborate cross functionally and coordinate work across teams building shared AI foundations (enablement, guardrails/governance integration, monitoring/metrics, accelerators)
