What You'll Do

Develop compelling storylines, hooks, dialogues, and narrative structures.

Research trends, audience preferences, and topics relevant to Indian users.

Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Adapt scripts based on feedback while maintaining creativity and brand voice.

Write scripts in a conversational and engaging tone suitable for digital-first audiences.

Brainstorm content ideas and participate in creative planning sessions.

Ensure content is culturally relevant and optimized for different platforms.

Must-Have Skills

1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, creative writing, or digital content writing.





Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.

Experience writing scripts for short-form video content.

Solid command of Hindi and English.

Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging scripts.

Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Strong research and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience working with media companies, agencies, startups, or content creators.

Portfolio of scripts, campaigns, or published video content.

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
