Role Description The Script Writer internship is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the intern will develop scripts and screenplays for short-form and long-form video content across Glido Labs’ own channels and client projects.

Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative team, researching topics and trends, outlining narratives, writing and revising scripts, and adapting content for different platforms and formats. The intern will collaborate closely with video producers, editors,



and strategists to align scripts with visual storytelling, brand voice, and audience objectives.

Responsibilities also involve handling feedback cycles, maintaining deadlines, and contributing fresh creative ideas to enhance engagement and storytelling quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Scriptwriting and Scripting skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives for digital video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Screenplays and structured storytelling, including character development, dialogue, and scene construction.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including grammar, clarity, tone adaptation, and the ability to write for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Video Production workflows, collaborating effectively with directors, editors, and other creative team members.
- Comfort with AI tools and digital content platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels/Shorts, etc.) is beneficial.
- Strong research, creativity, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (e.g., Film, Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory.
