About gen.E gen.E is a digital-first storytelling company creating engaging content around sustainability, innovation and the future. Alongside our own social media platforms, we partner with startups, corporates and purpose-driven brands to create impactful social media content for them.

Role

As a Writer-Producer in our Branded Content team, you'll create social-first videos for our clients.

You will pitch compelling stories by researching topics, developing creative concepts, writing scripts, planning shoots and managing productions from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who understands both brand objectives and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate client briefs into engaging, platform-first video concepts.
- Research brands, industries, products and audiences to uncover compelling storytelling angles.
- Write scripts for branded content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative treatments, storyboards and production briefs.
- Manage end-to-end video production-from ideation and scripting to shoot execution and post-production coordination.
- Plan and coordinate shoots, including locations, interviews,



production logistics and talent.
- Collaborate with videographers and video editors
- Review edits and provide creative feedback to ensure content meets client objectives and gen.E's quality standards.
- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining timelines and quality.
- Present concepts and scripts confidently to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in branded content, digital media, or video production.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong research and interviewing abilities.
- Experience managing end-to-end video productions.
- Ability to balance brand messaging with engaging storytelling.
- Comfortable managing shoots and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and outside the city for shoots, whenever required.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of social media storytelling and platform-specific content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and production tools.
- Passion for storytelling, innovation and creating content that people love to watch.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
