We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) SCM Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in D365 F&O;/AX, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to gather business requirements, configure modules, and support end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)/AX implementation and support projects.
- Deliver 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Configure and implement D365 F&O; SCM modules, including:

- Product Information Management
- Procurement & Sourcing

- Inventory Management

- Warehouse Management

- Production Control

- Transportation Management
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and User Stories.
- Define test scenarios, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with Power BI, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Ensure best practices are followed during implementation and support activities.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration,



or a related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)/AX.
- Strong functional knowledge of all Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules in D365 F&O.;
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end D365 F&O;/AX implementations .

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Experience working with Power BI , Excel-based reporting, and API-driven integrations.

- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)

- Lifecycle Services (LCS)

- Business Process Modeler (BPM)
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidate must be currently working or have worked with a Microsoft Dynamics implementation/IT services company.
