Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SCM Business Analyst to lead Claims & Returns processes within an enterprise logistics application deployed across multiple international locations.

The role requires strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly customer order processing, claims and returns, along with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.

The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum teams and international stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritize the product backlog and manage cross-team dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and process expertise to guide the Scrum team.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business requirements and process priorities.
- Prepare Features for Program Increment (PI) Planning in collaboration with Product Manager / Chief Product Owner.
- Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare business content and requirements for Iteration Planning.
- Actively participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.




- Coordinate complex business topics across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Translate supply chain and logistics requirements into clear functional requirements for technology teams.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure successful implementation of logistics processes.
- Support continuous improvement of Claims & Returns and customer order processing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / SCM Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Logistics or Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience in Customer Order Processing.
- Strong experience in Claims & Returns processes.
- Experience working in a leading role within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Robust understanding of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework.
- Experience with PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Experience managing product backlogs, features and business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-team dependency management experience.
- Experience working with international/global teams.
