We have job opportunity for Factory manager position for a Sea food industry .

Position- SCM Trainee

Work Experience Min 1-2 yrs.

Location Mysuru

Qualification- Graduate

Key Responsibilities

Adherence to CGMP (current valuable manufacturing practices) and safety practice.

Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information and recommends prospective vendors for approved vendor list.

Prepare vendor contracts, logic note and negotiates with vendor for the most competitive quote as per industrial standards.

Request documents for vendor qualification from supplier to match requirement.

Planning for Material and to ensure the entire required document ensuring that all department purchasing and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed schedules/milestones.

Proactively involve in Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to support above.

Obtains cost estimates,



RFQ with different MOQ for Engineering store material, spare from suppliers, OEM and service partners.

Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyse required information and recommends prospective vendors for management approval.

Monitor and ensure all goods received meet specification and arrange replacement from vendors shall there be any goods which is not meet requirement.

Initiate for annual contract and open order for consume able and Engineering requirement.
