Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our machines and equipment. This involves conducting regular preventive maintenance checks, identifying potential issues, and implementing timely solutions.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to develop and execute maintenance plans, ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and operates at optimal levels.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on machines and equipment.
- Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
- Manage and optimize spare parts inventory using SAP knowledge.
- Implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop efficient maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work workplace.




- Document maintenance activities and generate reports as required.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maintenance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Strong knowledge of machine reliability and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for spare parts management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
