Role Description SAP Trainers at SAPTREE deliver structured, instructor-led SAP courses to learners at different career stages, ensuring clear coverage of concepts, configurations, and real-world use cases. This full-time, in office role in Bengaluru involves planning and delivering training sessions, creating and updating training materials, and providing hands-on guidance on live SAP systems.

Trainers conduct demo classes, assess learner progress through assignments and evaluations, and offer individualized support to help participants become job-ready. The role also includes aligning training content with current industry practices, collaborating with the institute’s team to improve course quality, and occasionally supporting placement activities with domain insights.

Qualifications





- Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO and related Business Process understanding.
- Hands-on experience in Training design and delivery, including classroom and practical lab sessions.
- Knowledge of Materials Management (MM) processes and integration with other SAP modules is an advantage.
- Exposure to Consulting activities such as requirement gathering, solution design, and client interactions.
- Relevant SAP certifications or substantial project experience in core SAP modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide diverse learners.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage evening or weekend batches as required.
