​ Requirements

Required Skills

βœ” 8–10 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

βœ” Solid expertise in Positive Time Management.

βœ” Hands-on experience in writing and reading PCRs (Personal Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

βœ” Experience configuring SAP Time Management using PCRs.

βœ” Strong knowledge of Absence Quotas, Absences, and CATS.

βœ” Experience working in an AMS support environment.

βœ” Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or HP ALM.

βœ” Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

βž• Experience in Canada Payroll or other SAP HCM modules.

βž• Knowledge of Negative Time Management.

βž• Experience supporting global SAP HCM implementations.
