Solution Design and Implementation: Participate in the design and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet client needs, including master data, transportation networks, carriers, rates, and business processes.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to transportation processes, including route optimization, carrier selection, and freight settlement.

Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and third-party systems.

Data Management: Manage master data within SAP TM, including carriers, freight contracts, and rate tables.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation costs, delivery times, and other relevant metrics.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that SAP TM solutions meet their requirements.

Project Management:



Lead and manage SAP TM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and testing.

Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues within SAP TM, working with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Experience: SAP TM Expertise: Robust hands-on experience with SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, order management, carrier selection, and optimization.

Logistics Knowledge: Deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including best practices and industry standards.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, including master data maintenance, transportation network setup, and integration with other systems.

Project Management: Ability to lead and manage project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure project success.
