Hiring: SAP BASIS Lead Architect

Location: Anywhere in India (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Lead Architect to join one of our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration, SAP NetWeaver lifecycle management, system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure planning, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP BASIS operations, administration, and project delivery.
- Manage SAP system installations, configurations, backups, restores, and routine maintenance.
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and support pack upgrades.
- Perform infrastructure sizing, database administration, and landscape optimization.
- Manage SAP transports, background job scheduling, and system performance.
- Ensure High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness.
- Test and deploy software updates across SAP landscapes.
- Gather customer requirements and collaborate closely with client stakeholders.
- Lead technical teams and provide guidance throughout project execution.
- Support critical migration and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP BASIS experience.
- Strong understanding of the SAP NetWeaver Product Lifecycle .




- Expertise in SAP BASIS Administration and Operations.
- Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with OS/DB Migration and Support Package Upgrades .
- Solid knowledge of SAP Transport Management (STMS).
- Experience with database administration, infrastructure sizing, and system optimization.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
