What You’ll Do

- Design, configure, and implement tailored SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions that align with evolving business needs.
- Lead end-to-end Onboarding implementation and support initiatives—from discovery and design to go-live and beyond.
- Build intuitive onboarding experiences by configuring workflows, dynamic forms, automated notifications, and business rules.
- Seamlessly integrate Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central) to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
- Provide responsive and insightful production support—troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring business continuity.
- Drive testing (unit, integration, UAT), manage deployments, and support smooth go-live transitions.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.




- Create clear, actionable documentation and empower end-users through effective knowledge transfer and training support.

Who You Are

- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding—ideally across full lifecycle implementation projects.
- You’re confident working with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including its latest enhancements and best practices.
- You have a proven ability to customize onboarding solutions—designing workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications that drive engagement and compliance.
- You’ve successfully integrated Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, ensuring seamless HR data flows.
- You understand Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and can design secure, role-specific configurations.
- Bonus points if you have experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar integration tools.
- You’re a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and collaborative team player—comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments.
- A SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is a plus—but not required. What matters most is your passion, experience, and problem-solving mindset.
