Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analytics Consultant with 8–10 years of overall experience and robust expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics and reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, enabling data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Build and manage People Analytics , Story Reports , Report Center , and Workforce Analytics .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to support business decisions.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across SuccessFactors reporting.
- Optimize reporting performance and troubleshoot analytics-related issues.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and enhancement projects.
- Prepare documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support end users.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics .
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
- Story Reports
- Report Center
- Workforce Analytics
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) data model.
- Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and HR reporting best practices.
- Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
