Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD gATP Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Available-to-Promise (gATP). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ATP configuration, gATP functionalities, and integration with SAP APO/S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP SD and gATP solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD processes, including Sales Order Processing, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Delivery.
- Implement and support SAP gATP functionalities, including:
- Product Availability Check (PAC)
- Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Product Allocation (PAL)
- Rules-Based ATP (RBATP)
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD/gATP solutions.
- Configure ATP checks, checking groups, checking rules, and scope of check.
- Work on order fulfillment and availability confirmation processes.
- Troubleshoot ATP-related issues and resolve production support incidents.
- Collaborate with MM, PP, APO, WM/EWM, and FI functional teams.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.
- Coordinate with business users during requirement gathering and solution validation.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and adherence to SLA commitments.

Required Skills




- 4–6 years of SAP SD functional experience.
- Strong experience in SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP gATP configuration and support.
- Expertise in:
- Product Availability Check (PAC)
- Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Product Allocation (PAL)
- Rules-Based ATP (RBATP)
- Knowledge of ATP Check Groups, Check Rules, and Scope of Check.
- Experience with APO gATP or SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP).
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, and FI.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Strong understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and integration concepts.
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) and working with ABAP developers.
- Knowledge of debugging and enhancement frameworks is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP SD Certification is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
