Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, support, testing, and troubleshooting of SAP SD processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and experience working with cross-functional SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP and WM/EWM .

Must-Have Skills

- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD .
- Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and Order-to-Cash (OTC) .
- Hands-on experience in SD configuration and implementation/support projects .

- Experience in configuring Sales Documents, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories .
- Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences and condition records .
- Experience with output determination and billing processes.
- Valuable understanding of copy controls for sales documents, deliveries and billing.
- Experience with account determination and integration with SAP FI .
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, PP and WM/EWM .
- Experience in handling IDOCs,



interfaces and EDI-related processes .
- Good understanding of tax determination and relevant SD processes.
- Experience in production support, incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from business stakeholders.
- Configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end OTC processes .
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and workflows.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
- Support data migration and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD production issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions.
- Work closely with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM and technical teams for cross-functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents and user guides.
- Support SAP upgrades, enhancements and rollout activities.
- Participate in change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
