- Gather business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
- Configure SAP QM module based on client requirements.
- Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analysis.
- Design and configure
- Inspection Planning
- Inspection Lots
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Certificates
- Vendor Quality Management
- Audit Management
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Manufacturing teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training to business users.
- Support production issues and enhancement requests.
