Description

SAP QM Consultant With 3+ years of experience , configuring, testing, and supporting the Quality Management module within SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems. Should be able to configure QM master data (master inspection characteristics, sampling procedures, inspection methods) and inspection types in S/4HANA or ECC.

Process Implementation: Support the implementation of quality inspections for procurement, production, and sales (goods receipt, in-process, finished goods).

Quality Management Functions: Manage quality notifications, defect recording, inspection lot processing, and usage decisions.

Support Troubleshooting: Resolve daily incidents and change requests related to QM processes.

Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Robust command of ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) and experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, Driving Tools/Automation please reach out
